The Village of Armada is proud to partner with Macomb Community Action to offer assistance to low/moderate income Senior Citizens for minor home repairs up to $500.00.  To qualify, you must be income elegible, be the owner-occupant of your residence, and meet one of the following criteria: (1) senior citizen age 60 or older; (2) severly disabled; or (3) mobile home owner-occupant.  Income elegibility is as follows:

                     3                                                                  $49,950.00
