Flushing the wrong thing down the toilet can cause plugs in household pipes, sewer pipes and pumps.  This may lead to many problems, including sewage backups.  You should NOT flush convenience wipes (baby, hygienic, cleaning or disinfectant), diapers, feminine hygiene products, dental floss, toilet scrubbers or paper towels.  These items may say "flushable" but they don't break down in the sewer system.  Click below for more details.
